Welcome to your new personal mantra. Repeat after me: “It’s All Me.”

The number one thing my clients claim for themselves at the end of our work together is, “It’s All Me.”

I want you to begin to embody this mantra for yourself as you listen to this podcast.

When we claim this mantra for ourselves, we give ourselves the power and courage to change everything in our lives.

it’s all me podcast

Dear Modern Woman, this podcast is a rally cry for you to take ownership for all the dimensions of you and your power in shaping your life and the world.

After listening to a few episodes, my dream is that you silently whisper to yourself, “it’s all me” as you’re gathering the courage to have a hard conversation, apologize, change a pattern, own your light and dark, or just . . . fold the laundry.

To remind you, no matter who you are and what you’re going through, that you have the power to shift the way you experience your life. Because the truth is — it’s all YOU, and it always has been. I believe I am what I can control, and I am responsible for controlling it. This miraculous mindset shift has changed my entire life, and it will change yours, too.

With the societal pressures and expectations for women to be high-achieving, perfect and put together—”It’s All Me” is a rally cry to return you home—to your inner knowing, unlimited capacity and personal power—because being human is a wild ride, and without an internal anchor, you’re bound to lose yourself entirely.

Here you will be invited to remember that solutions, satisfaction and success are not something you outsource, and you get to decide the story you tell yourself about every thing that happens to you. Here I will remind you over and over that ALL parts of you (light and dark, paradoxical and inconvenient to the status quo) get to live in your one magnificent life.

Real motherhood. Messy and imperfect and still beautiful and inspiring. I’ve known Gervase for years, she has a way of cutting through the cloudy thoughts and getting right at the heart of what’s most important as we try to mother/work/partner/friend and still just be ourselves, even as that person evolves. So far her podcasts have felt like home - it’s the voice and perspective and I find myself needing SO much of right now as I try to parent 4 humans and continually adjust to what that looks like in my life and theirs.

    ★★★★★

Do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast. You will be hooked. Gervase is super authentic and relatable. She is clearly passionate about her craft. Each time I listen to her, I feel like she is talking DIRECTLY to me at EXACTLY the right time about something so SPECIFIC that feels like a current challenge in my life. I don’t know how she does it, but I love it and you will too.

  • A podcast filled with amazingness!

    ★★★★★

I am very selective with the podcasts I listen to (hello, information overload). But I am intentional about listening to this podcast. Gervase is on point and fills her episodes with information and value that I need to have in my life. Subscribe! Listen! You will be so glad you did.

  • This is one of my favorite podcasts!

    ★★★★★

This is one of my favorite podcasts! Gervase makes sense and shares actual, usable tips, and thought provoking mindsets. Really helpful to decompress, but with someone that talks like a real, needed, friend, not a yoga teacher. (Love yoga, and it’s teachers, but sometimes need that friendship energy)

  • One of the few voices I’d listen to regarding motherhood!

    ★★★★★

There’s not many voices in the motherhood space I’d listen to religiously but Gervase is one of them. The quality of both the podcast itself and the guests Gervase highlights are excellent. So glad this exists! If you’re a mom of littles, just do yourself a favor and subscribe!

  • G is Amazing…and not just for mamas!

    ★★★★★

You don’t even need to be a mother to listen to Gervase and get real legitimate life advice. Real conversations that will either help you understand yourself better, or at least help you understand your significant other. She is borderline too honest and she’s willing to dig in to figure it out, oh and…she legit wants to help. Can’t wait to see where this podcast goes! Don’t miss out

My ask of you is that you bring the shifts that happen in this space to your real lives…

To the hard stuff.

The people, conversations, triggers and events that make you feel like you are powerless. Show them who the F you really are - and ALL that you are—by being the true you. All of you. Because, when it comes down to it, your life, relationships, successes and failures — they don’t define you; you define them.
