This whole group for me is a validation of what I know, and I get so emotional because to my core I know who I am. This gives me my power back, helps me make decisions and affects all the areas I felt lacking in or lackluster about. I know I have this powerful being inside of me and it’s been so hard to have her come out (since motherhood). Motherhood shut down this part of me of knowing myself…and I felt it happening. The regaining of that has been amazing.

Before working with G, emotions were bubbling up all the time. I was so irritable and frustrated at every turn, misguided that I was taking care of myself when I was only superficially doing so, and seeking so much validation, support and answers from others.

G has a unique way of teaching through her experiences and coaching you to what's true for you. Her program is a perfect blend between spirituality and real life tangible tools. I like that she is less structured and leans into her intuition for every session/day.

This is for someone who wants to be in community with other women and be vulnerable, real, and seen. For a woman who is exploring who she is and what she believes in (outside of what she's been taught).

I'm so much more calm (my husband has commented). I'm more relaxed and at peace. As a result of this program, I'm giving myself permission to let go of my death grip on my life and embrace what I want to do instead of what I have to do.

I love Gervase! She's raw, real, authentic and has a way to call you back to your power and alert you to your own language. She listens and leads without taking over and I'm grateful for all that I've taken away from [working with Gervase] to build on. It was all me, all along. I just needed to rediscover what had been buried deep through years of conditioning and other people's opinions. You're really good at asking questions G, and pulling it out of us. Like, I am like floored. I feel like it was so good and it went straight to the root, and I want to explore more of it! You know, I could've just shut down, but you guys make it easy to feel safe and be vulnerable to get to that healing process and move forward and that was my goal in this group. I have healed so much over the last year and a lot more in the last six months—having a container is so important to feel that safety and that community and to get to those levels of healing, so thank you for that!
