Your Tulum retreat FAQ

Hey fellow phoenix,

Just a quick reminder: Early Bird pricing that saves you up to $500 ends tomorrow, Wednesday, January 14th!

Below are the answers to the most common questions I’ve been getting — scroll to the ones that matter most to you 👇🏻

Is Mexico safe?

Yes. Like any country, Mexico has areas to avoid and areas that are very safe for tourists — we’ll be in one of the latter. Quintana Roo (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum) is one of the most visited regions in Mexico, with millions of travelers coming and going safely every year.

The U.S. lists it as “Exercise Increased Caution” — the same as France, Italy, Spain, and the U.K. — meaning: stay aware and use normal travel sense, not panic.

We’ll be in well-traveled areas, staying in reputable accommodations, using trusted transportation, and moving intentionally as a group. My goal is for you to feel safe, grounded, and free to enjoy the experience — not worrying.

Are there direct flights to Tulum? Should I fly into Tulum or Cancún?

Yes! Tulum now has its own international airport, about 20–30 minutes from town. Direct flights are available from several major U.S. airports, and even connections are smooth.

Flying into Tulum is a bit pricier than Cancún, but your travel day is shorter, calmer, and more grounded. You land and you’re almost here — no long transfer, no extra logistics.

Flying into Cancún works too and has more flight options, but adds about 1.5–2 hours of driving. If you can swing it, I highly recommend flying directly into Tulum — your nervous system will thank you when you arrive. ✈️🌴

Will you help coordinating all our travel from the airport and beyond?

Yes! My bilingual retreat host, Mandy, and I will handle all the details so you don’t have to worry about transportation. We’ve got you.

Will I have any space to do my own thing while there?

Absolutely. I consider space holy. Trust that I’ve designed the perfect balance of doing and resting to help your nervous system recalibrate. This is my sixth retreat — they keep getting better and better.

Are there scholarships available?
Yes. I’ve been offering scholarships for over a decade to support women who feel deeply called to this work but are currently priced out due to life circumstances (like job transitions, single parenting, financial hardship, etc.). These spots are limited and reserved for women who truly need them.

If your hesitation is more about guilt, discomfort receiving, or money mindset work (which is totally normal), this may not be the place to lean on a scholarship — and that’s valuable inner work in its own right. If that resonates, let’s hop on a call and explore what’s truly aligned for you.

If, however, you genuinely cannot invest right now and feel a clear “yes” about being here, I absolutely want you to apply and advocate for yourself — that’s exactly who these scholarships are for.

Is there a discount if I book with a friend?

Yes! You each save $630 when you book either one of the private king suites to share a bed or one of the shared double rooms.

I also sometimes offer special discounts through affiliates or referrals, so if you want to know more about that, just hit reply and ask — I’m happy to clarify.

Still have questions?

Book a discovery call — no sales pitch, no pressure. Just a space to have your questions answered and feel into whether this experience is right for you. You’ll leave clearer than you came in.
