Or maybe you put a lot of pressure on yourself not to be anything other than a mother.
It doesn’t actually matter because you want to know the only thing your system is registering?
PRESSURE.
The responsibility feels SO big. It can be overwhelming, and when every other mother you know is treading water, it doesn’t always feel like you can phone a friend, either.
So much of what you feel or doubt or do as a mother is linked to your mother line and the systems you’re a part of.
So much of what you feel is linked to the village that’s missing.
Your experience actually makes sense when you consider the above.
You make sense.
We’ve been fed the lie that our job is to control and manage and perfect it all—alone.
I’m here to tell you you don’t need to accept that assignment.

And, I’m sure you’ll agree, motherhood is an initiation in becoming.
Together, we’ll burn away the top layer of “shoulds” and pressure and perfection-seeking…
And begin the journey of inner knowing, empowerment and liberation.
We’ll begin to break free from the stories we tell ourselves and the stories we inherited that keep us entangled, and create a new narrative about who we are as women, mothers and fully realized humans.
We’ll rise together, stronger in sisterhood, less alone, less diminished, perfectly imperfect and fully ourselves.

We’ll start by unlearning and releasing scarcity and then invite in the belief that “You get to be you,” and who you are (now, not “when you xyz,” but who you are NOW) is ENOUGH. We’ll explore the themes of being enough, having enough and doing enough and that will bring up enough for an entire course in itself.😂

We’re going to unlearn and trash “the rules” you’ve been playing by in motherhood and as a modern woman that keep you asking for permission instead of trusting the truth that you GET TO (fill in the blank). Most importantly, that most women seem to have forgotten, you get to feel good. (Yes, we will talk about how to align with “good” feelings and pleasure as part of this and you’ll get an additional PDF resource to brainstorm all the places in your life where you can experiment with expanding your permission field.)

In order to feel safe taking up more space in your life + motherhood, we first have to acknowledge any lies you’ve internalized that make you feel guilt, shame or discomfort when you TRY. We must address the elephant in the room: You’ve likely developed a well-worn neural pathway so that FILLING space with doing, giving, achieving actually feels better (to your brain and hence, your body) than just BEING you. I’ll begin to help you believe that space is safe (yes, even if the baby is crying and emails are unanswered), and it's actually critically important to begin creating new neural pathways where it feels good to be you and take up some of that space you’ve been giving to your kids, to-dos and God knows what else.

You’ve likely heard all the most cliqué pieces of advice when it comes to freeing yourself of deep-seated fears. If you have been caught in a pattern of psycho-analyzing and micro-managing your fears, you may have noticed this doesn’t actually help you free yourself from it when it grips you in the moment. I’ll teach you to change this pattern from analyzing and controlling your fear to just . . . feeling it and then knowing it for what it is: “Fear is the mind killer,” like they say in the movie Dune. So let’s not rely on the mind to manage it, eh? ‘Nuff said.

Each live coaching session with G is designed like an energetic attunement to realign you with your truth and your power. It’s an intimate recalibration space where each woman can just show up and shift (yes, that’s it) just by listening. Every call will begin with an Activation that pulls in that week’s theme—”Activations” are intuitive, custom meditations that weave in Gervase’s modalities of hypnosis, focalizing, meditation, coaching and more. Gervase will bring simple, gentle embodiment practices (as informed by her Focalizing training) into every activation and all the live coaching that happens. To be clear, this is not as simple as “where do you feel that in your body.”🤨 This is re-orienting yourself to a safe circle of humans, to your humanity, the earth, your soul, your “bad feelings” and on and on. This will not be a mainstream, “Here are 5 ways to regulate your nervous system” space. The work will be subtle and paced to the speed of trust and what G intuits each woman is ready for. This is profoundly powerful in exiting the conditioned mind and attuning to your humanity (and body/soul).

Just by being on the calls and being part of the metaphorical circle, you will begin the releasing of beliefs, energies, shame, stuckness and patterns that are blocking you from your most authentic motherhood expression. *Note: There is no giving what you do not have or sharing what you do not feel to share or offering support to others if you feel like the best you could do was show up that day. We leave those ways of over-giving and performing to create value and belonging at the door. (We are here to learn a sustainable way of woman-ing.) You as YOU on the calls is all the medicine that’s needed. (Trust me, I’ve done this hundreds of times at this point. It’s actually true.😘)

Then you will receive exactly what you need (this part is magic and Gervase does not always know how it will happen, but in circle it ALWAYS happens)—whether that is show-up-and-shift coaching, new beliefs, a reconnection to feeling safe, sovereign and secure in your body and nervous system, an “aha” breakthrough, sisterhood or just an energetic attunement. We’ll work slowly and intentionally to take advantage of opportunities to get new neurons to wire together in support of your transformative moments.
*Note: Due to time constraints, live Qs will be prioritized on these calls, but G will try to answer as many Qs as she can in the time allotted and a form will be emailed out the day before to collect Qs from those who can’t be there live.

After each live call, G will upload custom journaling prompts for you to dive deeper on your own into what each theme is bringing up for you and to continue the process of bringing any unconscious, unhelpful beliefs to the surface that require rewriting with the intention of reclaiming more of you into your motherhood and your life.
The Voxer group will be open to women to connect with each other 24/7 between calls with questions, celebrations, sisterhood, etc. G will jump in the group every Wednesday for Voxer coaching.
