With both feet planted firmly on the ground here in the real world, I have three young kids, drive a sexy minivan and live in the suburbs, and I will remind you, over and over, that you are both a fully feeling human and a magical infinite Soul.
I weave together my certifications in coaching, hypnotherapy and focalizing (a trauma-informed somatic-based practice) to offer an intuitive and flexible integrated approach that supports my clients in massive identity and belief shifts that change the paradigm of the life they create.
